A+ property and casualty insurance carrier is seeking a Claims Representative-Commercial Liability. The Claims Representative will be responsible the review of all aspects of claim file including but not limited to confirming coverage and issuing declaration of coverage notifications for non-covered claims. Bachelors Degree with minimum 2-3 years of experience handling premises liability claims. Well versed with CGL coverage forms, multi state experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to properly investigate and prepare claims and lawsuits for trial. 60K-85K based on experience level, bonus, benefits, 401K and more.
