Responsible for the proper handling and settlement of mostly commercial auto losses for large commercial accounts around the country. Knowledge of coverage issues, litigation experience, contract knowledge, & strong communication skills with senior management on claim issues, and a overall superior track record of effectively settling commercial claims is required for this outstanding opportunity. High profile responsibilities working directly with corporate risk managers and key company executives.

Requirements;
•Four (4) year college degree required.
•3+ years’ experience in commercial claims handling
•Leadership skills, including working with executive management teams and various committees.
•Highly organized desk skills with exceptional communication skills.
•Technical writing skills strongly preferred.
•.Prefer an insurance carrier, third party administrator, or independent commercial claims background
•Non-smoker
