Enterprise Data Architect job in Huntingdon, Pittsburg

Summary:

We are in search of an innovative and forward-thinking Executive Enterprise Data Architect to join our clients growing team. This pivotal role requires hands-on expertise in data architecture/enterprise spanning Property & Casualty (P&C), finance, marketing, and legal domains. This individual will play a key role in strategically designing and implementing data warehouses and data stores, actively contributing to our clients modernization efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead modernization efforts in data architecture across diverse business domains.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for data warehousing and data storage.
• Provide hands-on expertise while maintaining a focus on big-picture strategy and thinking.
• Collaborate with the executive team, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
• Contribute to succession planning, with the potential for career growth from Manager to VP or CIO roles.
• Utilize SQL and Azure DevOps shop for system management.
• Work with Duck Creek for policy management and claims, as well as AS400.
• Collaborate with the analytics team using Tableau for reporting and insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hands-on data management with a strategic mindset.
• Managerial expertise, demonstrating the ability to lead and make impactful decisions.
• Executive-level experience, preferably in P&C, showcasing the ability to design and implement data solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Azure, Duck Creek, AS400, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
