A leading independent wealth management firm is on the lookout for a Client Service Associate to join a dynamic team in Itasca, IL.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement the client service model for the Financial Advisors and their clients.
  • Facilitate new account setup at the custodial and broker-dealer level; follow up on fund transfers.
  • Respond to and resolve client requests, completing necessary financial paperwork.
  • Ensure accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork and setup.
  • Maintain CRM database and client files (filing, copies, data input).
  • Research and follow up on issues with the Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendors.
  • Record incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool.
  • Learn company product suitability guidelines, financial operational processes, and sales processes.
  • Support client service functions for all teams as requested.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer service/administrative experience required, preferably in Wealth Management.
  • Financial administration experience is a plus.
  • Series 7/66 Licensing required for Client Service Manager role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for team and client relationships.
  • Professional presence and effective communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong process orientation.
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to work with deadlines, and prioritize work.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • E-Money experience is a plus.
