With multiple locations and a commitment to exceptional service, they are expanding their team and are currently seeking two motivated individuals to join as Commercial Insurance Account Executives, with opportunities to specialize in either traditional middle-market accounts or Farm/Ag accounts.

Position Overview:

As a Commercial Insurance Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the commercial insurance portfolio. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, understanding their unique insurance needs, and delivering comprehensive solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the designated market segment (Traditional Middle Market or Farm/Ag).
  • Analyze client insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to protect their assets and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed and strategic advice to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in commercial insurance sales, with a focus on either traditional middle-market accounts or Farm/Ag accounts.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Insurance licensure (or willingness to obtain) required.
Salary:  Open
Bonus/Benefits:  $70,000-$85,000
