Retail insurance agency, New Jersey based local firm, is seeking a Commercial Lines CSR/Account Manager to manage a book of small to mid size accounts. Provide daily servicing, account management, placement of business. Proven background working with carriers and underwriters. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage desk and provide strong service to clients. 3-5 years minimum experience with a retail agency. A background with AMS360 and ImageRight a plus. P&C license required. 60k-75k base range(DOE), commissions for placing new business, benefits, etc. Flexible hybrid work arrangement.
