Vice President-Business Development and Litigation Risk(Contingent Liability), 150k-200k+/Incentives, Remote-Open(New York City, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Dallas ideal).
Global company with Brokerage Risk Services Division is seeking a VP of Business Development and Litigation Risk Services(Contingency Liability) to join their team. The qualified candidate will have a background with contingent liability insurance e.g., M&A transactional insurance, judgment preservation, litigation buy-out and/or other insurance products with a focus on litigation risks. This is a key role working in a fast moving insurance sector, and responsible for actively sourcing new dals and broaden business opportunities, participate and/or lead in risk assessment and underwriting of litigation related insurance opportunities, deal structuring, brokering litigation risk opportunities to a wider network of carriers and developing new and existing insurance opportunities. College degree. J.D. preferred. Strong legal and business development experience required. Ability to create new and build existing relationships with law firms. Strong PC skills, ability to communicate, conduct presentations and bring a strong business acumen. Compensation 150k-200k+ base(DOE/Negotiable), incentive bonus plan, benefits.
