Up and coming company in Plano, TX, growing at a rapid pace is looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for maintaining workflows, including conducting insurance policy reviews, loss runs requests, policy issuance, file documentation, quoting renewal business and providing exceptional customer service. This person will work closely with a team of insurance professionals to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of High School or equivalent education with some college preferred
2+ years of experience in an Account Executive role or related field in insurance
Experience in the insurance industry is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (excel) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must hold or be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses in the future
Hybrid working schedule.
