Commercial Lines Account Manager job in Cleveland

Our client, a Large Regional Broker in Ohio is seeking to recruit Commercial Account Managers to their team.

Position Overview:

• Manages clients’ day to day service needs by working with team members to ensure requests are met
• Understands carriers’ rating processes and performs contract review of coverage terms
• Requests renewal information and updates applications
• Proactively analyzes each account to ensure comprehensive coverage is provided
• Works directly with Producers, Underwriters, Clients, Service Team and other departments to maintain current information in the agency management system

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of P&C coverages
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• P&C license
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Additional Insurance Designations a plus
