This key player will ensure that outsourcing partners are delivering on KPI's while performing operations analysis and maintaining communications to internal and external partners. Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a P&C operation, commercial highly preferred (business analyst, QA, etc.)
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Good base of knowledge surrounding underwriting operations, premium and commission calculations.
Previous oversight of outsourcing partners.
ImageRight and AIM experience are a major plus.
Bachelor's Degree, P&C license, Industry Certifications preferred.
