Senior Reinsurance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Set up multinational and tech reinsurance agreements in company systems.
• Monitor treaty agreements and oversee marine-related calculations.
• Coordinate audits and data calls from reinsurance market participants.
• Identify and resolve attachment issues affecting financial results.
• Liaise with various departments to validate reinsurance placements and controls.
• Provide root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend solutions.
• Participate in projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 7+ years of insurance and reinsurance industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of treaty and facultative reinsurance structures.
• Hands-on experience with business requirements analysis and IT enhancements.
• Proficiency with reinsurance systems; RiPro (Sapiens) knowledge is beneficial.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• CPCU and/or ARe designations preferred.
