• Current TIV Limits: $500 million, with plans to increase to $750 million in 2024.
• Average Premium: $200,000.
• Book of Business:

1. Junior Underwriter: Inherit a $10 million book with growth goals of $5- $7.5 million.
2. Senior Underwriter: Inherit a $15 million book with growth goals of $10 million.

• Specializations:

1. Standard Underwriter: Manages HOAs.
2. Tech Underwriter: Handles Manufacturing and Warehousing. Looking for more individuals with Tech expertise

Responsibilities:

• Underwrite property risks within specified guidelines and standards.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine coverage and liability.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims within authority levels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.
• Contribute to the growth and profitability of the book of business.
• Collaborate with team members on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property underwriting, from carrier or wholesale backgrounds.
• Understanding of underwriting systems and processes.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage and grow a book of business.
• Familiarity with Tech-related underwriting is highly desirable.
