Property Marketing Representative job in Houston

Due to growth, our client is actively seeking a Sr. Property Marketing Representative. The chosen candidate will have experience marketing accounts out of a variety of industries with emphasis on real estate, condos, apartments and commercial buildings. The agency has clients in other industries, but this is the core client base for this specific book and it is important for the candidate to have knowledge of the markets that concentrate in these areas.

You must have up to date knowledge of the underwriting appetites of the various carriers and have a good relationship with the major carriers writing the above needed coverages for Houston. You will determine the best plan and implement the best programs for your clients within the guidelines of the agency. You will consult with the clients, work closely with the audits and manage the workflow of all.
