REMOTE Insurance opportunity for a Policy Services Specialist/Workers Compensation Underwriting Assistant. Manage the New Business Submission Inbox by entering insured information into respective databases. This may involve manual entry as well as import and export of data files using excel and other software systems; set up Insured files at the submission using share files, CRM, and Policy Administration Systems for “paperless” recordkeeping; assist with due diligence items for Underwriter as pertains to account review and carrier compliance; distribute and attach to file all declinations, indications, proposals, binders, policies, and all corresponding documents; distribute all policy and claim welcome kits and posting notices; process Underwriter Loss Control Survey requests and manage associated follow up. Renewals, Endorsements, Cancellations, Reinstatements, and ongoing maintenance. Ideal candidate has experience with Workers Compensation; Insurance industry/Underwriting Support experience; excellent communication skills; experience with policy administration systems a plus. Microsoft Office applications including excel, word & outlook. Salary up to $80’s (DOE) (DC12748)
