Full Charge Bookkeeper ; Boca Raton, FL job in Boca Raton

We are seeking skilled Full Charged Bookkeeper with a heavy focus on A/P in the Boca Raton area.

Responsibilities:
• Heavy focus on Accounts Payables, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Handle receivables, reconciling payments efficiently.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close process, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize agency management software for various financial and accounting tasks.
• Work with team members to achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or 4+ years of work related experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
• P&C Agency Insurance experience a plus.
• EPIC / AMS 360 or similar insurance software a plus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:
• Hybrid work arrangement, two days in the office per week.
