We are seeking a Sales & Business Development insurance professional for a Regional Sales Manager opportunity. This individual will cover a Southeastern Florida territory. The position includes building new agency relationships and maintaining current agency relationships with customers and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The RSM will work with independent agencies in the development, marketing, and selling of flood insurance and excess flood.
• Identify new customers and assist in the development of regional business plans.
• Prospecting and contracting new agent opportunities.
• Attending and exhibiting at various regional conventions as well as other local association functions.
• Agency training and Market Research.

Skills & Experience

• Must live within Dade or Broward Counties.
• 3 years applicable insurance industry experience.
• Must possess a sense of urgency, be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $75k to 125k, competitive benefits including tuition reimbursement, continuing education support, unlimited PTO, 401k with match and an Employee Stock Participation Plan.
