Account Specialist Manager (20465) job in Remote

Our client is a global insurance brokerage looking for a Manager who oversee Account Managers.

Main Responsibilities
Manage and operationalize account managers' book of business analyzing metrics, including number of accounts, complexity of accounts, and inception dates.
Monitors assigned account manager clients' satisfaction, including both internal and external clients.
Monitors performance and suggests changes in assignments.
Manages any instances of underperformance within the team and to advocate for those Account Specialists looking for promotion opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
Brokers P&C license required.
Monitoring and increasing colleague engagement on the team,
Experience monitoring clients' satisfaction, including both internal and external clients.
Hybrid Schedule - 2 days in the office
