VP of Carrier Relations (Placement Specialist) for Large National Wholesale Broker

Our client, a national wholesale organization with over 50 offices and 1,600 staff members is seeking a Vice President of Carrier Relations for their office in Chicago. This position will work to develop relations, program business, negotiate pricing and work on profit share plans. We are looking to identify a candidate that possesses national carrier relations and has program development background.

Client Profile:

* Structure: Specialty Broker and Insurance Wholesaler

* Niches: P&C, Environmental, Ocean Marine, Transportation, Professional and Management Liability, etc.

* 50+ office locations

Position Outline:

1. Title – Vice President of Carrier Relations

2. Wholesale brokerage experience preferred

3. 7+ years of Marketing (placement) experience or carrier development

4. Established carrier relationships needed

5. Excellent written & verbal communication skills

6. BA Desired, P&C License needed
