Employee Benefit Producer/Practice Leader – South Florida

The Rogan Group, Inc. a Risk Management and Insurance Recruiting firm is assisting a regional broker with three locations in Florida, in identifying an EB Producer that can develop a unit and become the EB Practice Leader. Our client has a long history in the South Florida market with a number of defined niche industry sectors.

Client Profile:
• Founded –1970’s
• Privately held
• A top Regional in South Florida
• @ 6M in CL revenue, with 30+ staff and 3 locations
• Industry sectors: Construction, Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, Environmental, Tech, Marine and Healthcare.
• Top carrier list, to include: Travelers, Hartford, Liberty Mutual, AIG, Chubb, etc.

Position Outline:
1. Title – Employee Benefit Producer (goal is to become practice leader)
2. 10+ years of agency EB Production experience
3. Book preferred but open to a strong sales history
4. Looking for …
a. Fully Insured and self-funded experience
b. Focus is on the 50 to 1,000 lives sector
c. L&H License mandatory, additional education and certificates a plus (i.e. CEBS)
