Position Outline:
1. Title – Commercial Lines Account Manager (small and middle market niche)
2. 5+ years of agency experience
3. Service and marketing background (new and renewal marketing)
4. Added value service knowledge a plus (claims, etc.)
5. Compensation: 60k plus bonus in Y1, will increase as book size grows
