AVP Sales & Marketing, Personal Lines job in Sarasota

Sarasota, FL personal lines carrier will hire an AVP Sales & Marketing. Reports to VP of National Sales.

Responsibilities will include:
sales and product analysis,
managing distribution channels,
agency development and training,
assessing and initiating creative collateral media support and
developing marketing initiatives.

Will specifically lead the states of California, Nevada, Hawaii and Arizona.

CPCU will be a plus, Degree is required as is a minimum of 7 years of personal lines marketing experience.
