Executive Leadership Opportunity - Commercial Lines Unit – Top Insurance National Broker

Top 100 National Broker, with multiple Mid-Atlantic offices, is adding to their Executive Leadership team in the Baltimore area. This is a newly created positon that will report directly to the Agency President, and will have oversight of their Commercial Lines Units in all locations (approx. 150 to 180 total staff).

This newly formed position will act as a liaison between the various Commercial Lines Divisions starting with the President, and collaborating with Regional Office Leaders, Commercial Lines Client Service Team, Practice Team Leaders, Client Executives, etc. Position will include oversight of recruiting, training, and development, systems and procedures, workflows, productivity, service quality, and profitability of each office.

• 100+ year old, Top 100 National Broker
• Multiple offices in the Mid-Atlantic area – MD, VA, PA
• Staff over 250
• Niches include: Healthcare, Education, Professional Services, Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, and more.
• Accounts average $10,000+ Revenue
• EPIC Agency Management System
• Brokerage firm is known for High Integrity, Collaborate Team Approach, Significant Niche Expertise, and Long Tenured Staff (many with insurance industry designations)

Brokerage background preferred however Carrier experience will be considered.
