Junior/Trainee Insurance Opportunities-Property and Casualty Carrier New Jersey 40k-60K/incentives/benefits
National insurance carrier writing commercial lines business with a variety of broker, agency and mga relationships is seeking Junior/Trainee level applicants with college degrees to learn and develop their professional skill set in the property and casualty insurance industry. The Junior/Trainee Specialist will rotate to various internal departments and/or be assigned to specific departments, which can include and not limited to developing skills in underwriting, claims, actuarial and coding and operations. To qualify, applicants should have a college degree(Associates or Bachelors-preferred), preferably in Business Administration, Risk Management, Actuarial Sciences or related fields, as well as 0-2 years of insurance or risk management experience. Compensation is based on experience, 40k-60k base range with incentives and full benefits package.
