Property Damage Claims Specialist Northern New Jersey to 85K base.
Property and casualty insurance carrier with domestic and global platforms is seeking a Property Damage Claims Specialist, responsible for Investigating third party property damage claims, construction claims, and construction defect claims through telephone contact with insureds or their representatives. Gather, analyze, and process information through investigation to determine and evaluate claim exposure/loss. The qualified claims specialist with have a Bachelors Degree or similar education and experience with 5-10 years handling third party property damage claims from an insurance carrier. Proven multi tasking abilities and excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Construction background is a plus. To 85K base, bonus/incentive plan, full benefits package.
