Accounting Manager Insurance Agency Orlando job in Orlando, FL

This growing Orlando agency needs an accounting Manager/Controller to handle the functions for both this large office. Must have insurance agency experience. Min 5 years accounting experience. Prefers a degree but will take a seasoned account person that has a strong agency background. Would like a person that can do it all and not complain. Process payments Reconcile GL manage budgets. Analyze complex accounting issues. Mange cash flows. Assist with various duties as needed in office. Understand general accepted accounting principles. Monitor AR and Ap. Insurance agency accounting experience is a must. Help find ways to improve profitability. Manage and lead Audits.
