The Rogan Group, Inc. a Risk Management and Insurance Recruiting firm is assisting a national insurance PEO client in identifying a Benefit Broker Development Director.  Our client is the fastest growing PEO in the Northeast and manages over $1B in HR costs for clients.

• Products: HR, Benefits, Payroll, Risk Management and Compliance

Position Outline:
1. Title: Benefit Broker Development Director
2. Duties: Develop and manage benefit broker distribution channel 
3. Footprint:  CT, NY, NJ and PA (future growth  - DE, MD and DC)
4. Staff Management – will manage 5 Broker development reps and will work with broker sales teams. 
5. Benefit Products: Medical, Dental, Disability, Life and Voluntary
6. Compensation range: $100-125k base, plus 50k to 75k bonus based on goals
7. Benefit and retirement plans

Qualifications :
• 5+ years of benefit broker development   
• Product knowledge in - Medical, Dental, Disability, Life and Voluntary
• BA/BS Degree (additional EB designations a plus)
• L&H License or ability to obtain
• L&H Carrier, General Agent, EB Wholesaler or EB TPA experience
