Summary
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring company is in full compliance with all statutes and regulations.
Essential Job Functions
Ensure company is in full compliance with all statutes and regulations. Communicate compliance requirements and changes to management and staff.
Research compliance and regulatory issues around proposed product changes and state and federal licenses.
Maintain a filing repository for all compliance and regulatory matters.
Submit, track, and manage rate, rule, and form filings.
Internal communication of ISO Circulars and legislative changes.
Create a relationship network with the DOI and other regulatory experts.
Handle DOI complaints.
Oversee completion of Data Calls.
Point person for market conduct examinations.
Other duties as requested.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent or relevant insurance coursework (INS 21, 22, 23, etc.).
SERFF Certified.
Commitment to professional development (ongoing insurance courses to gain insurance designations and/or additional professional training.)
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with a range of personalities.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills to work in a high performance team environment which values individual and team contribution.
Demonstrated math skills to perform duties of assigned position.
Demonstrated sense of urgency around all business matters.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with computers and work productivity software.

Salary:  $80,000 - $110,000
Bonus/Benefits:  competitive
