Regional Director – Multinational Employee Benefits
Our client, is a strong multinational pooling network of independent insurance companies which provides employee benefit services to multinational companies across the world, is seeking a Regional Director in their New York City office. The Regional Director is responsible for coordination and facilitation of services and to provide assistance to the Network Members in new business development and services/retention of their multinational clients who are part of the Multinational Programs.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience with Multinational Pooling and International Employee Benefits
• Experience with international sales and/or employee benefits
• Marketing, sales and insurance background
• Account Management and Business Development experience
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Our client is offering a competitive compensation plan and benefit package. Salary range is $120,000 - $145,000 plus bonus.
