Energy Account Executive job in Houston

The Energy Account Executive is responsible for enhancing the client relationships by giving clients superior customer service through every day management of various large commercial property and casualty accounts with an emphasis on energy accounts.

In this client facing role, you will work within a specific book of business, supporting the customers with their questions or concerns. By considering each clients unique circumstances, you will help determine what additional coverages limits or coverages they may need. You will market those needs to the appropriate carriers and negotiate rates.

Though you will have an Account Manager supporting you, you must be able and willing to help with proposals or any other servicing duty that may need addressed.

A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role is desired, but they will consider experience over a degree. You must know how to work well in Microsoft Word and Excel and be able to use current industry technology. A P&C license is required.

This is a proactive role where you must feel comfortable making decisions, developing new client relationships, know how to help in a claims situation and have ability to analyze data.
