Health and Safety Director job in DFW

Our client is actively interviewing for a Health and Safety (HSE) Director. This is a newly created role, so you will help develop it as you deem necessary.
You will begin by writing procedures and developing a safety manual and safety incentive program. You will have thorough and up to date knowledge on OSHA and DOT regulations to keep the firm in compliance. Create and teach safety classes, conduct safety audits on a regular basis. Keep accurate logs for OSHA reporting. Investigate any infractions and incidents.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have 3+ years in a HSE or related role in a heavy equipment environment. You should have advanced education/designations/certification in the field. Bi-lingual Spanish/English.
