Our client is seeking an Agency Manager to assume leadership of their recently acquired Agency in the Southern Finger Lakes area of Steuben County, NY.

POSITION OUTLINES:
Looking for Player/Coach
Will manage staff and be responsible for office P&L
Will produce business, and manage sales staff
Manage key accounts and carrier relations
Interface with parent company executive management team

QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of insurance experience (agency, or agency/carrier background)
Experience with Commercial and Personal lines needed.
Agency production, sales management and operational experience desired.
Carrier relations desired
Strong communication and leadership skills
BA Degree, P&C and L&H License

Our client is prepared to pay a generous base, plus bonus, plus commissions on sales, based on experience.
