Senior Underwriting Review Leader-North Jersey/Southern CT To 200K(DOE)
Property and casualty insurance company with multiple operating groups both national and domestic is seeking a Senior Level Underwriting Review Leader responsible for the overall review and management of underwriting guidelines, discipline, underwriting integrity, audit review, pricing structures, quality risk selection, compliance and other underwriting specifications. The qualified underwriting leader will have a leadership and management background with commercial underwriting departments, home office/corporate preferred, with a broad coverage and commercial product background that includes standard and non-standard, admitted and non-admitted commercial and specialty lines, as well as treaty and facultative reinsurance. The seasoned commercial underwriting executive will possess a leadership underwriting background, experience with underwriting quality review and file audit processes, knowledgeable about pricing, evaluation, forms and coverage as well as regulatory compliance. Strong technical and coverage background as well as excellent communication, organizational and communication skills. This position will require 40% travel, domestic as well as some international.
College degree preferred, Designations(CPCU, CIC, AU) preferred. Insurance carrier background required. Compensation to 200K(DOE) including bonus, full benefits package.
