Account Manager, Commercial Insurance; SW FL job in Fort Myers

Well established SW FL independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Now interviewing customer focused applicants to work with Client Advisors and AE’s advise and assist customers navigate and understand their insurance contracts and to exceed all other aspects of the agency’s service standards. This is a fast-paced professional environment. I’m currently sourcing insurance professional candidates that can act with a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy and decision-making. To qualify candidates should have a valid insurance license (2-20 preferred), 3+ yrs. applicable Florida market knowledge and experience servicing middle market commercial accounts. Should be skilled with business automation and agency management system applications. Having an insurance designation(s) like CISR, CIC or similar is desirable.
