Production Underwriter - REMOTE - Northeast job in Syracuse

General Placement Service has partnered with a growing and highly successful company with locations across the U.S. They are looking for an experienced Production Underwriter to manage a multi-state territory in the Northeast. You will work as a remote employee and visit independent agents/retail insurance brokers to market the company's products and services.

In this role, you will:
- Meet and maintain relationships with assigned agents
- Build and grow a profitable book of business
- Underwrite all new business throughout the territory

To be qualified, you must have:
- 5+ years of Underwriting experience
- Previous Sales & Marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree and designations are preferred
