Commercial Lines Account Manager - Southern California

The Rogan Group, Inc. - a Risk & Insurance Management Recruiting Firm (www.rogangroup.com ) is working with our client a strong Regional Broker to find a Commercial Lines Account Manager/AE in the South Bay area. This office has more of a family business feel with the resources of a larger regional agency.

Client Overview:

•Founded 30+ years ago

•11 office locations with 100+ total employees

•$200+mil premium written

•Active in the community (work/life balance)

Position Outline:

•Title: Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager/Account Executive

•Duties:

1.Account management of $800k revenue book

2.One on one with agency president/producer

3.Client carrier relations

4.Service and marketing functions

5.Middle market focus (some risk management)

6.General business mix

7.Account rounding

Position Requirements:

•CA P&C License

•5 years experience at retail agency

•TAM experience preferred

Compensation:

•Base salary range: $70,000-$100,000 (range is not final and depends on experience)

•Bonus: discretionary
