Multi-Line Claims Adjuster

Our client has been in the claims business for seventy years. They have demonstrated excellence in working with a large number of insurance carriers and companies. The organization is focused on servicing their clients by conducting prompt and vigorous investigations.

They are in search of a multi-line claims professional to work with their clients to adjudicate claims in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a broad expertise that would include motor truck cargo, non-trucking liability, property both commercial and personal lines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years claims experience with strong BI, auto/property a plus
Possess a positive, professional, cooperative, and quality conscious service attitude that upholds core values of integrity, relationships, and excellence.
Ability to handle in-depth investigations, evaluate damages, and negotiate fair settlements on property and liability claims.
Accurate and consistent decision making ability.
Above average written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle a heavy workload.

Duties:
Provide prompt, professional service to insureds and claimants.
Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle assigned claims.
Handle assigned volume of claims.
Develop and maintain excellent rapport with our agency force, insureds, claimants, experts, attorneys, and internal customers.
