The Rogan Group, Inc. a Risk Management and Insurance Recruiting firm is assisting a national mortgage lender that has an in-house insurance agency in identifying an Agency President to manage, grow and expand their insurance offering.

• Privately held Mortgage Lender
• Products – home, wholesale lending and insurance
• 200B loan service portfolio, 500 EE’s, national footprint
• Featured in NYT, Forbes and Fortune
• Named "Best Place to Work" in multiple Lending publications

Retail Ins Agency Unit Outline and position:

• Arizona location
• Full service retail insurance agency (PL, CL and EB)
• 10 EE’s currently, wants to have accelerated growth
• Operates in 17 states currently
• Position/Opening:
•      Title –Agency President
•      Compensation – market will dictate
• Duties:
•     Manage day to day operations and own P&L
•     Sales Management
•     Build account rounding platform with parent
•     Act as Risk Manager for Parent Company’s insurance (P&C and EB)
•     Carrier relations

Qualifications:

• Retail Ins agency leadership experience in both PL and CL
• Ability to own P&L and growth/profit of agency
• Ability to build account rounding platform (heavy PL leads from Parent)
• Scale and grow nationally as opportunity dictates
• Strong sales management skills
