Up to 180K ish, plus relocation, discretionary bonus potential

REQUIRES P&C INSURANCE CARRIER BACKGROUND- no exceptions

Very sound and growing P&C carrier in Atlanta will hire a high energy, Corporate Controller. Among others, will be responsible for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement reporting functions.

A MUST HAVE IS SOX Roll Out experience.

Carrier is looking to attract a strategic and analytical thinker who has an entrepreneurial spirit and can thrive in that environment. Must be a self-starter. Requires the ability to utilize analytical tools and methodology as the carrier pursues money-saving strategies.

Carrier is looking for this Controller to possess great integrity with excellent interpersonal skills.

CPA is required along with solid GAAP financial statement background. Public accounting will be a plus. MBA or MS will be a plus. Private equity experience would be a plus
Will oversee a staff of 12-14.

Required also are the following experiences:
Financial system/workflow/process improvement - someone who can lead through technological change
Auditing
Proven success in recruiting and attracting blue-chip candidate prospects
