Marketing Director-Sr. - Florida to 130K
Property and casualty insurance carrier is seeking a Sr. Marketing Director, responsible for the implementation of a formal agency distribution system by developing and expanding both the retail and wholesale agency networks. Major areas of concentration will be building long-term relationships with key agencies, insureds and industry associations, maintaining agency/broker contracts per guidelines, developing marketing material as appropriate, working with underwriting to make data driven decisions as well as consult and recommend appointments and terminations. 8-10 years in the property and casualty insurance industry. Transportation(trucking, public transportation preferred). Minimum 5 years of marketing related experience. Microsoft Office/computer proficiency. Strong technical, interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent relationships building background. To 125K base, bonus, benefits package. Relocation candidates will be considered.
