Vice President of Operations (Life & Health Insurance Carrier) – Long Island, NY
Our client, a small but growing health insurance carrier selling ancillary health products, is seeking a Vice President of Operations.

Position Outline:
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Oversee certain daily operations
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners
• Assist in State Insurance Department Audits
• Work with CEO to streamline new operation efficiencies
• Some Travel

Qualifications:
• At least 10 years Life & Health Insurance Industry Experience
• Operations/Corporate Job Experience
• Demonstrable experience and competency in strategic planning and business development
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Bachelor’s degree
• Higher degree or Insurance Designations a plus
