Senior Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions job in Bermuda

Publicly traded, global insurance group seeks a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Development Group. Reporting to the VP of M&A in FL and working closely with the SVP of Corp Dev in Bermuda, you'll assist and support the acquisitions team in the research, analysis and due diligence of target portfolios/companies. This job involves taking a prominent role in the interrogation, analysis and reporting on information provided in connection with potential acquisitions, and coordinating reviews with other teams. The role will also include proactive research of run-off markets.

This role could be located either in FL (preferred) or in Bermuda.

The client is a well-known, fast growing global insurance group with major hubs in the US, Bermuda, London, Europe and Asia. Compensation is open but gravitating up to the $100,000 range. This is next step opportunity for someone either from a Corp Dev team from the insurance/reinsurance industry or from a transaction services group from a Big 4 / Advisory firm who has done a deep dive into the insurance/reinsurance space.
