Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing brokerage operation, is seeking a Personal Lines Manager to oversee a department of servicing and marketing professionals in both high net worth and standard personal lines. Candidate must have a strong track record of management, with a proficiency in leadership and communication. In addition they must have the ability to give direction, establish and follow through on a business plan and achieve quantifiable goals in a reasonable timeframe. Although this is not a production role, there is client interaction, along with supervision of account executives and account managers, as well as, marketing staff. Additionally, this role requires ongoing relationship management and relationship building with carriers.  Candidates should have 10-15 years or more of overall experience with at least 5 years in significant management roles.  This is a friendly, professional atmosphere with little turnover. College degree, broker’s license, and special designations are welcome and expected.
