• Top 100 National Broker and Top 50 U.S. Benefit Agency ranking
• 1B in annual premiums and over 400 EE’s
• Full service – CL, EB, PL and Financial Services/Retirement
• Niches – Aviation, Construction, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Gaming, High Tech/Bio Tech, Real Estate, MUNY, etc.
• Added Value Resources –Actuarial, Captives/Alternative Risk, Claims, Loss Control, Wraps/OCIP

Position Outline:
1. Title - Employee Benefit Producer – target market 100-5,000 lives
2. 3+ years of agency or carrier/agency experience selling mid-market and large group cases
3. Experience with fully insured and self-funded clients
4. Added value experience with Analytics, HR Consulting, Wellness Programs, etc.
5. Position will have ability to account round with P&C Team & benefit from internal lead generation.
6. Unit Profile:
a. EB Unit is 35% of agency revenues
b. 4 Producers currently
c. Service and marketing teams possess such designations as: CEBS, RHU and CLU
d. Less than a 2% turn-over rate in unit
