Seeking a Field Property Claims Team Leader in Houston for a top rated P&C Insurance Company. They have a terrific opportunity for a claims leader looking to manage Field Adjusters. We are looking for a self-motivated leader, with excellent communication and people skill. Must have 7+ years of relevant property claims experience with at least 1 to 2 plus years in a supervisory capacity working for an insurance carrier in a leadership role. Will manage the work flow, handle performance reviews, mentor and train staff and assist with hiring/firing. This is a work from home position managing a team of property field adjuster, evaluating performance to help the company achieve their goals. Conduct meetings, establish team goals, monitor staff and make sure the companies policies and procedures are being met.
