• Employee Development (15-20 claims adjusters on average)- hiring, training, performance management and evaluation of claims staff.
• Team Leadership- set strategy, enhance productivity and improve workflows
• Claims Management- coordinate workflows for field adjusters and in-house claims team; prepare reports; monitor investigations; handle and resolve escalated issues.
