Achieving steady growth within the market place has created the opportunity for an Attorney with experience in a mid-side or large law firm or as the in-house attorney of insurance companies dealing with property/casualty or Commercial Auto insurance claims.

• Directly handles extra contractual claims and complex coverage claims.
• Properly reviews, analyzes exposures and assesses the overall potential of recovery in disputed matters.
• Analyzes coverage, determines liability and extent of damages.
• Obtains favorable resolution of claims through careful investigation/evaluation and effective negotiation.

Experience, skills and abilities we seek:
• Juris Doctorate (JD)
• 8+ years of experience in extra contractual litigation.
• Superior knowledge of litigation management.
• Superior knowledge of the theory and practice of the claim function.
• Excellent knowledge of insurance contracts, medical terminology and legal aspects of court procedures affecting legal liability for all lines of insurance.
