Commercial Lines Account Manager Wanted – Central Indiana location

Client Profile:

• Regional based insurance broker, 5M+ in revenue and 30+ EE’s

• 100+ year history, independently owned/part of national association of agencies

• 4 locations state-wide

• Top compensation plan, bonus and profit share plans/benefits and 401k w/match

Position Outline:

• Title: Commercial Account Manager

• Book: 1M+, 300k premium average

• Niches: Construction, Healthcare, Real Estate, Schools and MUNY

• Service and marketing duties, work as team and use AMS 360

Qualifications:

4+ years of insurance agency experience as a Commercial AM or AE

AA Degree required, BA desired

Insurance designations a plus – i.e. CISR, ACSR, ARM, AU or CPCU

Middle market to large account experience (account management and placement)

Solid automation experience/skills (Microsoft Office, AMS, Carrier Rating, etc.)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Team player
