Growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Agency Marketing Rep with strong commercial insurance experience. This individual will work closely with producers to strategize the best marketing approach to help directly impact revenue goals and acquisition of new business. You will assist in providing coverage analysis to help identify coverage gaps or redundancies. Will be expected to build relationships with insurance company representatives through professional risk submissions, company visitations, and firm, but fair negotiations. Maintain state of the art knowledge of market underwriting appetite, line of business production trends. To qualify, candidates should have 5+ years experience working in an independent agency environment placing middle market to large commercial accounts. Strong All Lines technical coverage knowledge is essential for this role. Should be skilled in the development of quality submission, presentations and adept with firm but fair negotiations. Must have a current FL P&C 220 License. Degree, CPCU and/or CIC highly desired.
