Business Development Executive-Medical Malpractice job in Eastern Pennsylvania/King of Prussia

 Insurance carrier writing specialty business in multi states is seeking a Business Development Executive for Medical Malpractice, responsible for building agency and brokerage relationships throughout PA, NJ, DE, OH, MD, MI and SC. The appropriate and qualified candidate will have 3-10 years of sales, marketing and business development within a p&c environment(carrier, agency, broker, mga) with professional liability coverage background, including medical malpractice. Responsible for building existing and new relationships with the brokerage community, represent carrier at trade shows, conferences, golf outings, etc. Bachelor Degree preferred. Designations(RPLU, CPCU) a plus. Strong background in sales, creating and building the professional relationship along with an energetic, motivated and professional presentation. Strong business acumen with the ability to interact with a wide variety of insurance professionals. 60k-75K base DOE, incentives/bonus plan, benefits as well as professional tools and technology to work in the field.   Travel will involve 1 week a month.
