This addition to staff will underwrite colleges to insure their students for medical expense reimbursement for both accident and sickness. All cases are financially underwritten, taking into account past claims experience and other underwriting criteria. You will underwrite both new and renewal business, communicate effectively with brokers, TPAs, and MGUs and field sales representatives. Participate in special projects too. College degree preferred. College A&S underwriting experience is also preferred. Group health underwriting experience will also qualify candidates for this opening. Minimum of 2 years of college A&S, Sports, or group health underwriting experience is required. Starting salary will be in the $60-75K range. | |
